Akil Hameed; MBA is the CEO of FASS Management & Consulting LP www.fassmanagement.com  a Cleveland, Ohio based Property Management and Residential Real Estate Company. Since its founding in 2006, Hameed has grown the company and manages more than $35,000,000 worth in Real Estate. FASS Management & Consulting LP partners with both home sellers who have had problems with selling their home and investors, local, out of state, and country to maximize their ROI in their portfolios by managing their properties, placing tenants, and providing quality housing for our local communities.

At FASS, Hameed directs a team of 8 staff members to develop and implement marketing strategies that expand awareness and recognition of the company and its many products and services into the community. FASS Management & Consulting LP has a goal to restore the community housing stock, one house at a time. Hameed guides clients through the companies specialized property management services, rental and lease option referral program, contractor’s referral program, property development and consulting services and the company serves as a community leader is providing reliable housing resources to many people in need.

Hameed brings more than seven years of experience in the residential real estate industry including acquisition and analysis, development, finance, leasing, management, marketing and operations. In addition to running the management firm, Hameed will capitalize on the 1000+ tenant prospect calls per month into his office, to expand the company into a full service Real Estate Brokerage in 2011.

Hameed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University; Tallahassee FL, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix; Cleveland, Ohio. Hameed is a local native; born and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio. He is a member of the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association, President of the I-480 Chapter of Business Network International, a member of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors, Board member of the Cleveland Chapter of National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Board member of Rebuilding Together Cleveland, Faculty member at Indiana Wesleyan University-Business Department, a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and an active volunteer in the local church. Hameed is a strong advocate of education, and recently began a Doctorial degree program in Organizational Leadership. Hameed strongly believes in education being the key to any persons’ success.
