This service offers many benefits for the property investor who may not have the contacts to get small and large scale construction projects completed in a timely manner.

THE PROCESS

1. FASS Management & Consulting will assess your job via phone conference.
2. After the assessment is complete, the client will need to fill out a Contractor’s referral and application form and submit it to a FASS Management & Consulting team member with a $100 processing fee.
3. The referral and application form will be used to identify the best contractor for your job. FASS Management & Consulting will make contact with the contractors and shop your job for the best price.
4. If the contractors need access to the client’s work site to position themselves with accurate quotes, arrangements will be made with the client.
5. FASS Management & Consulting will then contact the client at the completion of the bidding process with three estimates and the contractor’s information.
